Antel to Establish AI Data Center in Pando and Expand Services to Argentina and Brazil
Antel is set to implement a new AI-focused data center in Pando by year-end, requiring an $8 million investment. Additionally, a second data center is planned for Montevideo to enhance storage capacity and geographic redundancy. Antel also aims to strengthen connectivity with a new 4G base at the Antarctic Scientific Base and expand operations in Argentina and Brazil.
