Antin Infrastructure Partners Acquires NorthC Data Centers; Pure Data Centres Secures Lease for 78MW Campus in Amsterdam

Antin Infrastructure Partners will acquire NorthC Data Centers from DWS. NorthC operates 25 facilities across the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, with a secured gross grid capacity of 140MW. Pure Data Centres has signed a lease with a hyperscale customer for a 78MW campus in Westpoort, Amsterdam, with plans to invest €1B for development starting January 2026.

The project will include three towers, each with 26MW of capacity. GTT has secured a connectivity contract with JYSK, a retailer with over 3,600 stores in 50 countries, to upgrade infrastructure across 29 European markets. Verizon Business is upgrading Empower Field in Denver, Colorado, enhancing bandwidth and capabilities for the Denver Broncos' stadium with a new LAN and WiFi 6E.
