Anywaves, a manufacturer of flat antennas for small satellites based in Toulouse, has announced its merger with Luxembourg's EmTronix, a company specializing in avionics and radiofrequency systems for small spacecraft. This acquisition involves a workforce of 50 employees from EmTronix, strengthening Anywaves' capabilities in the New Space sector.
