Aon Reports Q1 Revenue Growth Driven by Data Center Demand
Aon's Q1 revenue reached $5.03 billion, marking a 6% increase year-over-year, supported by a significant expansion in its data center pipeline. The company anticipates continued mid-single-digit organic growth for the full year, bolstered by a planned $1.3 billion investment in talent and technology.

Aon reported first-quarter revenue of $5.03 billion, a 6% rise from the previous year, with organic growth at 5%. Net income increased 18% to $1.29 billion, and risk capital revenue grew 10% to $3.5 billion.
Commercial risk solutions revenue rose 11% to $2.22 billion, and reinsurance brokerage revenue increased 8% to $1.28 billion. The data center pipeline has tripled from a year ago, contributing to double-digit growth in construction. Aon forecasts mid-single-digit organic growth for the year, driven by strong demand across segments despite pricing pressures.
