The acquisition introduces FTS H2O's advanced technologies, including RecovOAR™ and OsmoBC, to Aquatech's portfolio, reinforcing its position in lithium processing and water treatment solutions.
FTS H2O will serve as Aquatech's global Center of Excellence for membrane-driven processes, focusing on high-recovery applications.
