Archon Powerinfra has secured a contract for the redevelopment of Meerut City Railway Station under the Northern Railway's Delhi Division, aimed at enhancing regional infrastructure. The company successfully managed the Tanakpur Hydropower Project, involving river diversion and dam construction, with a significant water flow challenge of 700,000 cusecs.

Archon has also conducted operations and maintenance for hydropower plants of 300 MW to 600 MW in Sikkim and Himachal Pradesh. The company contributed to defense infrastructure in Jammu & Kashmir and supported the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana for LPG infrastructure in Bihar, West Bengal, and Jammu & Kashmir.
