Concurrently, litigation involving the village and Bristolville 25 Developer is ongoing regarding a proposed $3.6 billion data center project, which has faced local opposition due to concerns over resource consumption. The village's recent actions include a moratorium on data center developments, highlighting community concerns over utility costs.
