Ardian Acquires 62 MW Wind Farm Furukraft in Sweden from ERG
Ardian has acquired the 62 MW Furukraft wind farm in Sweden from ERG, bolstering its investment in Nordic energy infrastructure through its local platform, Enordic Evergreen. The wind farm, strategically located in Sweden's SE4 pricing area, has secured a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with a local utility, and Ardian plans to utilize its data analytics platform, Opta, to enhance management and performance. This acquisition further solidifies Ardian's presence in the Nordics, where it currently manages over 3 GW of renewable assets.

Ardian has acquired the 62 MW Furukraft wind farm in Sweden from ERG, enhancing its investment in Nordic energy infrastructure through its fully owned local platform, Enordic Evergreen. This acquisition strengthens Ardian's presence in the Nordics and allows for value generation through platform optimization.
Furukraft benefits from a strategic location in Sweden's SE4 pricing area and a growing demand for renewable energy from industrial sectors, data centers, and heating and transport. It has secured a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with a local Swedish utility.
Ardian's proprietary data analytics platform, Opta, will optimize management and performance of the wind farm, contributing to risk management strategies. Currently, Ardian oversees over 3 GW of renewable assets through Opta.
