Argis has successfully purchased the Torre Sevilla complex for €132 million from CaixaBank. The firm currently manages €1.4 billion in assets, targeting a growth goal of €2.4 billion within four years through investments of approximately €250 million every two years.
Argis plans to focus on Spain and Portugal, exploring various asset classes including residential and flexible living. The strategy for Torre Sevilla involves continued management and attracting new tenants without altering its current use.
Future investments may include logistics and data centers, with ongoing interests in residential projects in Andalusia. Argis has consistently generated high returns for investors, aiming for double-digit annual yields.
