Argo Blockchain Secures $5M Facility; Hyperscale Data Expands Michigan Operations
Argo Blockchain has entered a $5 million subscription facility with Growler Mining Tuscaloosa to enhance capital for operations and AI ventures. Hyperscale Data is acquiring 48.5 acres in Michigan to expand its AI data center, doubling its footprint to address rising demand.

On March 26, 2026, Argo Blockchain plc entered into a subscription facility agreement with Growler Mining Tuscaloosa, LLC, granting access to $5 million in capital, of which $2.5 million has been received. This agreement is intended to support operational funding and to explore opportunities in high-performance computing and AI infrastructure.
Concurrently, Hyperscale Data, Inc. plans to acquire approximately 48.5 acres in Michigan, increasing its land holdings to about 83 acres, to meet the growing demand for AI and HPC services. The acquisition is expected to close in around 60 days. Both developments signal significant strategic investments in the data center and AI sectors, highlighting the ongoing demand for robust computing infrastructures.
