Aristotelis Chantavas Appointed CEO of TERNA ENERGY, Succeeding Manolis Maragoudakis

Aristotelis Chantavas will become the CEO of TERNA ENERGY on March 30, succeeding Manolis Maragoudakis, who is stepping down after three decades. The company has a structured transition plan in place. Under Maragoudakis, TERNA delivered projects such as the Amphilochia pumped storage complex and the Kafireas wind parks.
Acquired by Masdar in 2025, TERNA ENERGY aims for a 6GW operational renewable energy portfolio by 2030. Chantavas emphasized the importance of collaboration with the team and Masdar to accelerate growth and enhance the company's regional presence.
