Armenia to Acquire $25 Million in Computing Resources from Firebird AI
Armenia's government will invest $25 million in high-performance computing from Firebird AI to establish a leading AI data center. This initiative aims to enhance AI capabilities and support local startups and research in the region.

The Armenian government has approved a $25 million investment to acquire high-performance computing resources from Firebird AI. This initiative, aimed at creating the most powerful AI-focused data center in the region, will be located in Kotayk Province.
The funding includes 957 million 876 thousand drams from state support to facilitate access for startups, universities, and government entities engaged in artificial intelligence. Additionally, Firebird AI will benefit from a customs duty exemption of 2.9 billion drams. This project could significantly bolster Armenia's position in the AI sector, attracting further investment and innovation.
