A meeting between Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan and Dounia El Hasnaoui of the IN Groupe & Corporación América consortium confirmed ongoing cooperation for biometric document production.
A roadmap for implementing the biometric system was presented, including launching a compliant data center and online application management software.
