Arrow Capital Partners has finalized two long-term leases totaling 7,800 sqm at Arrow Park Ludwigsfelde, located 26 kilometers from Berlin. A pharmaceutical occupant has taken 5,600 sqm across three units, and an automotive company has leased 1,900 sqm.

Arrow Park, developed in partnership with Cerberus Capital Management, emphasizes sustainability and features photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, achieving DGNB 'Platinum' certification. Arrow's leasing transactions in the past year totaled £18.5 million, while development projects exceeded £350 million since the program's inception.
