Askari Metals Reports High-Grade Mineralisation at Uis Project in Namibia
Askari Metals has confirmed high-grade polymetallic mineralisation at the Uis Project, with significant results for tin, lithium, tantalum, and rubidium. This discovery positions the company for a maiden resource definition as it prepares for RC drilling in late 2026.

Askari Metals (ASX: AS2) has identified extensive polymetallic mineralisation at the Uis Project in Namibia, with trenching revealing significant mineralisation over a 2.2-kilometre pegmatite trend. Peak assay results include 8,340 ppm tin and 0.57% lithium oxide, with multiple lithium assays exceeding 0.3% lithium oxide.
The trenching program, which was conducted on 40-metre spacing, supports upcoming reverse circulation drilling planned for the second half of 2026. The Uis Project’s proximity to the operational Uis tin mine and access to infrastructure enhances its development potential. The company anticipates additional assay results by April 2026, which may refine future targeting efforts.
