Asp Data Center has partnered with Lyse to implement district cooling and heat recovery at its facility in Forus, Norway, utilizing Lyse's infrastructure to supply up to 3MW of cooling services. The initiative aims to reduce reliance on traditional cooling systems by redirecting excess heat from the data center into Lyse's district heating network, with further project phases planned between 2026 and 2033. Established in 2022, Asp Data Center has also expanded its operations in Norway and Finland, including a significant site in Pori.
