ASUS will cease introducing new smartphones, focusing resources on business PCs and AI products, confirmed by chairman Jonney Shih. The company aims to leverage its smartphone team's expertise with Qualcomm chipsets for AI robots and glasses.
ASUS's strategy, called 'All In AI', targets markets from datacenters to consumer products. In Q3 2025, datacenter income rose 100% YoY, representing 20% of overall revenue, exceeding projections, prompting the shift from smartphones to AI.
