Atlantic Lithium Limited has halted trading on the Australian Securities Exchange effective 19 February 2026, pending responses to a share price query and speculation regarding the Ewoyaa Mining Lease ratification. The halt will last until 23 February 2026 or until an announcement is made. The Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana has received necessary permits and is being developed in partnership with Elevra Lithium Limited. Trading continues on AIM and GSE exchanges.

Atlantic Lithium Limited has requested a trading suspension on the ASX effective 19 February 2026 due to market speculation concerning the ratification of its Ewoyaa Mining Lease and potential corporate transactions. The halt will remain until the ASX reopens on 23 February 2026 or an announcement is made.
The Ewoyaa Lithium Project, positioned as Ghana's first lithium mine, received a mining lease in October 2023 and is progressing with necessary permits. Trading on AIM and GSE continues unaffected. The suspension was authorized by Finance Director Amanda Harsas, amid ongoing operational restructuring due to depressed lithium prices.
