Atlantic Lithium Limited has requested a trading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), effective February 19, 2026, while it responds to a share price query and speculation about its Ewoyaa Mining Lease in Ghana and a possible corporate transaction. The company is not aware of any new developments since its last update on December 22, 2025.

The halt will remain until an announcement is made or until trading resumes on February 23, 2026. Shares will continue to trade normally on the Ghana Stock Exchange during this period. Atlantic Lithium aims to develop Ghana's first lithium mine through the Ewoyaa project.
