Atlas Compute has announced plans to construct an AI data center in Fort Pierce, Florida, with a target operational date of 2027. The company secured land in the area but has not yet submitted application proposals to St.
Lucie County. The data center is expected to utilize cooling technology that eliminates water use. Zoning verification letters for four parcels in Midway Industrial Park have been issued, which are currently owned by Fort Pierce No.2 LLC and Fort Pierce No.3 LLC, both based in Miami.
