ATX Networks Achieves UL1973 Certification for Areca™ Hybrid Supercapacitor
ATX Networks announced that its Areca™ Hybrid Supercapacitors, developed in collaboration with SuperCap Energy, have received UL1973 certification, ensuring compliance with safety standards for stationary energy storage systems. This certification highlights the product's safe operation, zero thermal runaway risk, and a design life exceeding 20 years, making it suitable for modernizing backup power systems in data centers and telecommunications while promoting sustainability. Previous certifications include UL810a compliance and UL9540A thermal propagation testing.
