Auddia Inc. Partners with NYSE Medical REIT for Solar-Powered AI Micro-Datacenter Pilot in Dallas

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Auddia Inc. has entered a non-binding Letter of Intent with a NYSE-listed medical REIT to implement a pilot installation of LT350's solar-powered AI micro-datacenter canopy at a hospital in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The Medical REIT manages approximately 200 facilities nationwide.

The pilot will assess LT350's capacity to deploy AI computing while preserving parking functionality and reducing grid load. Following a proposed merger with Thramann Holdings, LT350 plans to develop its infrastructure, with potential expansion across the REIT’s portfolio if the pilot succeeds. Auddia reports zero revenue growth and significant losses, indicating financial challenges amid a competitive landscape.
