Auddia Inc. has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with a NYSE-listed medical REIT to pilot an AI micro-datacenter at a Dallas hospital. The REIT manages around 200 medical properties across the U.S. The pilot aims to deploy LT350's solar-integrated canopy, which facilitates high-performance AI computing without occupying parking spaces. Auddia's business combination with Thramann Holdings is pending, and if successful, LT350 may expand across the REIT's portfolio, enhancing distributed AI infrastructure in healthcare.

Auddia Inc. has entered a non-binding Letter of Intent with a NYSE-listed medical REIT to implement a pilot installation of LT350's solar-powered AI micro-datacenter canopy at a hospital in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The Medical REIT manages approximately 200 facilities nationwide.
The pilot will assess LT350's capacity to deploy AI computing while preserving parking functionality and reducing grid load. Following a proposed merger with Thramann Holdings, LT350 plans to develop its infrastructure, with potential expansion across the REIT’s portfolio if the pilot succeeds.
