Auro Metals Reports 625-Meter Gold-Copper Intercept at Santa Barbara Project
Auro Metals Inc. has announced a significant drill result, intersecting 625.12 meters of gold-copper mineralization at the Santa Barbara South zone. This result, which shows grades 23% above the project's resource estimate, positions the company favorably amid rising demand for copper and gold.

Auro Metals Inc. reported the intersection of 625.12 meters grading 0.64 g/t gold and 0.10% copper in drill hole DSB-59 at the Santa Barbara South zone. This intercept is approximately 23% above the inferred resource grade, with mineralization remaining open in both updip and downdip directions.
Sixteen holes have been drilled under the 2026 Phase 1 program, with assay results for six holes received and ten pending. Recent market dynamics indicate continued interest in gold and copper, driven by geopolitical factors and structural demand growth in sectors like clean energy and AI infrastructure. As Auro advances its exploration efforts, the results may further enhance the project’s resource base and economic viability.
