Available Infrastructure's Project Qestrel is a $5 billion initiative to establish 1,000 urban neocloud sites by late 2026 in the U.S. Each site will feature Available's SanQtum solutions, enabling zero trust networks and AI inference.

The first sites are already operational, with 30 cities targeted for early July activation through a collaboration with Crown Castle. Strata Expanse, a new partner, will utilize these sites for the Amphix AI Infrastructure Platform, enhancing edge AI services and cybersecurity.

Each deployment will be co-located at telecom sites, running up to 48 GPUs, and will be integrated with IBM's watsonx for immediate AI capabilities. Datavault AI has announced its initial use of this infrastructure in New York and Philadelphia, with plans for nationwide expansion.
