AVAIO Digital Announces $6 Billion Data Center Hub Near Little Rock, Arkansas
AVAIO Digital Partners plans to establish a $6 billion data center hub, AVAIO Digital Leo, on a 760-acre site near Little Rock, Arkansas. This multi-phase project aims to create over 500 permanent jobs within five years and thousands of construction jobs during the buildout.
The first construction phase is set to begin in Q1 2026 and aims for completion by June 2027. The facility will support cloud computing and AI applications and is expected to require up to 1 GW of power, with an initial contract for 150 MW from Entergy Arkansas.
The investment is the largest in Arkansas history and reflects recent legislative efforts to attract tech investments by reducing regulatory barriers. The site is strategically chosen for its connectivity to major markets, onsite natural gas infrastructure, and a focus on sustainable practices, including water-efficient cooling and solar energy integration.
