AVAIO Digital Partners to Build $6 Billion Data Center Near Little Rock, Arkansas

AVAIO Digital Partners plans to construct a $6 billion data center on a 760-acre site near Little Rock, Arkansas, named AVAIO Digital Leo. This project aims to bolster the state's tech sector and is set to create over 500 permanent jobs within five years.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026, with completion expected by June 2027. The facility will support cloud computing and AI applications, requiring up to 1 gigawatt of power, with Entergy Arkansas supplying an initial 150 megawatts.

The total investment for the project could reach $21 billion at full development. AVAIO currently operates data centers in five U.S. states and plans projects in Ireland and Spain.
