AVAIO Digital Partners to Build $6 Billion Data Center Near Little Rock, Arkansas
AVAIO Digital Partners is set to build a $6 billion data center, named AVAIO Digital Leo, on a 760-acre site near Little Rock, Arkansas, with construction beginning in Q1 2026 and completion expected by June 2027. The project aims to enhance the state's tech sector, creating over 500 permanent jobs and supporting cloud computing and AI applications with an initial power supply of 150 megawatts from Entergy Arkansas. Total investment could reach $21 billion at full development, as AVAIO expands its operations, currently active in five U.S. states and planning projects in Ireland and Spain.
