AVAIO Digital Partners has announced plans for a new data center campus, AVAIO Digital Leo, near Little Rock, Arkansas, with an initial investment of $6 billion. The project aims to support cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies, with a projected total investment exceeding $21 billion.

Construction is set to begin in Q1 2026 and be completed by June 2027. The campus will span 760 acres and is contracted with Entergy Arkansas for 150 MW of power, with future demand expected to reach 1 GW. The investment will create over 500 permanent jobs and thousands of construction jobs, marking the largest economic investment in Arkansas history.
