Avrupa Minerals is advancing copper and zinc projects in Finland and Portugal under a project generator model that limits dilution and shares exploration risks. The company has recently closed a private placement of $570,000 to fund exploration and partner-driven projects.
In Finland, Avrupa is focusing on the Pyhäsalmi Mining District, staking seven mineralized targets and aiming to find 10 million tons of copper-zinc ore within trucking distance of the Pyhäsalmi Mine. In Portugal, the company seeks a new partner for its Sesmarias deposit, which requires further exploration before mining can begin.
Additionally, Avrupa has an active joint venture in Kosovo on the Slivova Gold Project, pending regulatory review. Key priorities in the next 12 months include securing partners in Finland and Portugal and monetizing its stake in Kosovo.
