Ayrade to Offer 20% of Capital on Algerian Stock Exchange for Cloud Sovereignty Initiative
Ayrade, an Algerian cloud services provider, will open 20% of its capital for public subscription from June 1 to June 30, 2026. This marks the first public offering by a sovereign cloud operator in Algeria, aiming to fund its industrial deployment for public institutions and businesses.

Ayrade plans to issue 1,250,000 new shares priced at 800 dinars each, a 7.56% discount from their valuation. The move, validated by COSOB on April 15, 2026, aims to enhance the digital infrastructure in Algeria, which has seen a significant rise in market capitalization, increasing from 71 to 521 billion dinars in one year.
The offering targets both individual and institutional investors and is expected to yield a 9.45% average return as per the business plan. The initiative aligns with recent developments in Algeria's digital sector, including the certification of the Mohammadia Datacenter and the launch of the AVentureCloudz platform. However, discussions around digital sovereignty persist, highlighting concerns about data control amidst foreign partnerships.
