Azerbaijan-US Strategic Partnership Marks One Year Since MoU Signing

One year has elapsed since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on August 8, 2025, aimed at establishing a Strategic Working Group between Azerbaijan and the United States. This initiative focuses on enhancing strategic relations, particularly in energy investments, defense, counterterrorism, and technological partnerships.
The charter formalizing this partnership was signed on February 10, 2026, in Baku, emphasizing mutual support for sovereignty and territorial integrity. Both countries aim to engage state and private sectors to bolster cooperation, which could enhance regional security and economic investment.
