Azimut and SOQUEM Establish Strategic Alliance for Northern Nickel Corridor Project
Azimut Exploration and SOQUEM have signed a letter of intent to form a partnership for the Northern Nickel Corridor Project in Quebec, targeting nickel and associated metals. The agreement allows SOQUEM to earn a 60% interest through $11 million in exploration and $350,000 in cash payments, which could significantly enhance resource discovery in the region.

Azimut Exploration Inc. has entered a non-binding letter of intent with SOQUEM Inc. for the Northern Nickel Corridor Project in Quebec, covering 1,635 claims across 27 claim blocks. SOQUEM can earn a 60% interest by investing $11 million in exploration and making cash payments of $350,000.
The project aims to explore a 360 km by 60 km region for nickel, platinum, palladium, copper, and cobalt. A major magnetic-electromagnetic survey is planned for 2026, followed by field validation. Azimut has identified significant nickel discoveries in the area, with drill results showing up to 2.68% Ni over 3.3 meters. This collaboration may lead to increased resource identification and revenue generation.
