Azur Datacenter Secures €20 Million Financing for New AI-Focused Data Center in Meyzieu
Azur Datacenter has secured €20 million for a new high-density data center focused on AI applications. This financing, arranged by O2 Capital Asset Management, is part of Azur's strategy to expand its digital infrastructure capabilities.

Azur Datacenter's new facility in Meyzieu, near Lyon, will be financed through bond issuance programs totaling €20 million. The financing was structured with the assistance of Squair, while O2 Capital Asset Management facilitated the arrangement via Oxygen Senior Loan 1 SLP and O2 Capital RED.
This investment targets the growing demand for high-density infrastructure, particularly for AI and high-performance computing applications. The involvement of multiple advisory firms, including Majuscule Avocats and Wagram Corporate Finance, reflects the complexity of the financing structure and the strategic importance of this project in the digital infrastructure market.
