Grupo Financiero Banorte has partnered with Hitachi Vantara to relocate its data center and enhance its digital banking infrastructure. The project successfully migrated 450 terabytes of data in under an hour, achieving a 50% reduction in transaction response times and an hour less in nightly batch processing.

The updated system features two mainframes and three interconnected Hitachi storage arrays, increasing capacity and security. This modernization allows for greater utilization of mainframe cache memory, supporting future growth without compromising response times.
