Barksdale Updates Sunnyside Drilling Results and Exploration Strategy
Barksdale Resources Corp. is nearing completion of a 25,000-foot drilling program at its Sunnyside project, aiming to increase ownership to 67.5%. Recent assay results from 10 additional drill holes indicate a transition in copper grades and support further exploration efforts in the area.

Barksdale Resources Corp. is on track to complete a 25,000-foot reverse circulation drill program at the Sunnyside project in Southern Arizona by the end of July 2026. This drilling aims to increase ownership of the project to 67.5% under a Phase II agreement with Great Basin Metals.
Recent assay results from 10 holes have revealed a decrease in copper grades to the east, with indications of a transition zone rich in zinc. The company has engaged VRIFY Technology for AI-driven target generation and Ellis Geophysical Consulting for a comprehensive review of geophysical data, planning to conduct an airborne ZTEM survey.
A 15,420-meter diamond drill program is planned for Fall 2026 to extend high-grade copper mineralization and explore deeper porphyry connections. This ongoing exploration and data integration may enhance the potential for a formal resource estimation, aiding in regulatory approvals.
