Bath & North East Somerset Council is set to allocate £1.85 million in its capital budget to develop a business case for a hydroelectric power scheme to replace the Pulteney Radial Gate, deemed at the end of its life. This scheme could harness the flow of the River Avon to generate power for Bath's Guildhall.
