BattMan Energy Secures Major Investment from Battery Investment Group
BattMan Energy has raised hundreds of millions in funding from Battery Investment Group to enhance its energy storage portfolio. This investment is crucial for accelerating the company's development and supporting Denmark's green transition efforts.

Aarhus-based BattMan Energy has secured a significant investment in the hundreds of millions from the Battery Investment Group (BIG). The funding will primarily finance the construction of over 1 GWh of energy storage projects, expected to start commissioning in 2026 and 2027.
Since its inception in 2022, the company has attracted over DKK 2.5 billion in investments, positioning itself as a leader in Denmark's energy storage sector. The projects, totaling 350 MW and 1,040 MWh, are projected to account for approximately 9% of Denmark's average electricity consumption.
The investment aims to tackle electricity grid bottlenecks and support the integration of renewable energy sources. The collaboration with BIG underscores the potential for knowledge sharing and development in the energy sector.
