Exascale Labs and EnergyBank Collaborate on Offshore Wind-Powered AI Infrastructure
Exascale Labs Holdings Inc. has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with EnergyBank to develop AI computing infrastructure powered by offshore wind energy. The collaboration aims for a pilot project with Zephyros-One to provide up to 800 kW of computing capacity.

Exascale Labs Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:XLAB) and EnergyBank have initiated a non-binding memorandum to explore a renewable energy-powered AI computing infrastructure. The pilot project will collaborate with Zephyros-One, a floating offshore wind turbine managed by Sustainable Energy Norway, targeting a computing capacity of 800 kW.
EnergyBank plans to fund the pilot with private investments and potential public funding. Future projects may aim for stable computing capacities of up to 10 MW per turbine, integrating Exascale's modular data center technology with EnergyBank's energy storage systems. This innovative architecture is designed to eliminate traditional grid connections, potentially reducing deployment times for AI-ready data centers.
