The growth was driven by increased demand from Asian subcontractors for 2.5D data center applications and renewed capacity purchases from photonics customers. The company anticipates that Q4-25 revenues and margins will be at the higher end of its previous guidance, with full results set to be released on February 19, 2026.

For H2-2025, total orders reached about €425 million, showing a 63% increase over H1-2025. The company indicated that revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses for Q4-25 are expected to be at the higher end of previously provided guidance. Full results for Q4-25 and the entire year will be released on February 19, 2026.
