BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. reported preliminary orders for Q4-25 of approximately €250 million, marking a 43% increase from Q3-25 and a 105% rise compared to Q4-24. The Dutch semiconductor assembly equipment manufacturer attributed this strong performance to higher orders from Asian subcontractors for 2.5D data center applications and renewed capacity purchases from leading photonics customers.

For H2-2025, total orders reached about €425 million, showing a 63% increase over H1-2025. The company indicated that revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses for Q4-25 are expected to be at the higher end of previously provided guidance. Full results for Q4-25 and the entire year will be released on February 19, 2026.
