Belmont Resources Ltd. has appointed Dr. Thomas Unterweissacher to its Board of Directors. Dr.

Unterweissacher, currently at HMS Bergbau, oversees the development of lithium, cobalt, nickel, tantalum, and rare earth projects in Kazakhstan. HMS Bergbau is developing integrated lithium mining and processing facilities in East Kazakhstan. The appointment is intended to strengthen the relationship between Belmont and HMS Bergbau, aligning long-term objectives and enhancing governance within the critical-minerals sector.
