Belrise Industries Limited has agreed to acquire 100% of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Limited, a UK-based engineering firm focused on aerospace, space, and defence. The acquisition is valued at £13.2 million, with a 6x enterprise value to EBITDA multiple.

It is projected to be accretive to earnings per share and return on capital employed from the first year. Chester Hall reported revenues of £18.5 million and offers expertise in machining aerospace-grade materials, which will allow Belrise to supply to global OEMs and Tier-1 companies. The integration of Chester Hall's capabilities with Belrise's existing operations in India and France is planned.
