Beowulf Mining Secures 56.3 Million SEK in Latest Funding Round
Beowulf Mining raised 56.3 million SEK from its recent rights issue, falling short of its 104.1 million SEK target. The funding is earmarked for the Kallak mine and GAMP projects.

Beowulf Mining has successfully raised 56.3 million SEK through its latest rights issue. This amount includes 42 million SEK in subscription requests and over 6.3 million SEK from a public offering, alongside contributions from UK investors and company executives.
The company aimed for a total of 104.1 million SEK, which included 82.8 million SEK from the Swedish offering and 21 million SEK from a corresponding UK issue. The funds will primarily support the ongoing development of the Kallak mine and the Graphite Anode Materials Plant (GAMP), indicating a strategic focus on resource development despite the funding shortfall.
