BharathCloud Partners with JLL for $100M AI Cloud Expansion in India

BharathCloud has partnered with JLL for a $100 million investment in AI cloud infrastructure over the next five years. JLL will assist in selecting colocation sites and optimizing portfolio design. BharathCloud aims to establish AI-ready cloud centers in major cities across India and select international locations, with plans to expand into Tier-II and Tier-III cities. India's data center capacity is projected to grow from 1.25 GW in 2025 to 10.5 GW by 2035.
