Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. has merged with Treasury Metals, concluding in July 2024. The merged entity is now known as NexGold Mining Corp. Investors' shares have been converted to NexGold shares, and the former Blackwolf title has been removed from the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB markets.
