Blackwolf Copper Merges with Treasury Metals; Now Operates as NexGold Mining Corp
Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. has ceased to exist as an independent, publicly traded company following its merger with Treasury Metals in July 2024. The company now operates under the name NexGold Mining Corp. Investors must manage their holdings through NexGold, which will handle all operational developments and regulatory filings. Blackwolf's shares have been converted to NexGold shares, and the former company's projects are now part of a consolidating junior mining sector.
