BluSky AI Inc. signed a non-binding letter of interest on July 29 to acquire a 15-acre industrial site in Camp Verde, Arizona, but no progress has been made towards establishing an artificial intelligence data center. The site has existing electrical infrastructure capable of supporting 1.75 megawatts, with plans to expand to 3.75 MW.
As of December 27, the Town of Camp Verde clarified that BluSky AI has not submitted any planning, zoning, or permitting applications. The company currently has one site under construction in Mulhall, Oklahoma, where it has leased five acres for a data center.
While BluSky AI plans additional sites in Utah, no projects are listed in Arizona. Water availability and zoning compliance will be considered if a formal proposal is submitted to the town.
