B&N Mining Inc. has appointed Sam J. Shoemaker, Jr. as Chief Operating Officer effective April 1, 2026. This leadership change aims to enhance development of gold resources and tungsten assets in California's Rand Mining District.

Effective April 1, 2026, B&N Mining Inc. has appointed Sam J. Shoemaker, Jr. as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 40 years of mining industry experience. Shoemaker has been integral to the Company since 2020 as a consulting mining engineer and will now drive operations in the historic Rand Mining District.
B&N's portfolio includes a mineral resource estimate of 306,000 ounces of gold at the Kelly Southwest deposit and 27.7 million pounds of tungsten trioxide at the Atolia Tungsten Project. The Company is assessing development pathways and strategic partnerships to bolster domestic supply of critical minerals, addressing the growing demand in the market.
