Bold Ventures has agreed to acquire six new mining claims contiguous to its Joutel Property in Quebec, Canada, issuing 750,000 common shares to Emerald Geological Services. The claims are important due to VTEM anomalies identified in a 2012 survey, suggesting potential for nickel, copper, zinc, gold, and silver.
