Boway Alloy, Boamax, and Nebula Announce Asset Disposals in PV and Energy Storage Sectors
Boway Alloy plans to divest its 3GW U.S. solar module factory, while Boamax has sold HJT equipment assets for over RMB 50 million. Nebula intends to sell equity in FranklinWH Energy, enhancing capital efficiency.

Boway Alloy intends to sell 100% of its subsidiary Boviet Solar Technology (North Carolina) LLC, which has 3GW solar module production capacity. This decision, approved by the board on April 13, 2026, aims to optimize asset structure amid changing trade dynamics.
Boamax has completed the transfer of under-construction HJT equipment to Etuoke Banner Urban Construction for RMB 50.23 million, enhancing resource allocation without impacting operations. Concurrently, Nebula's subsidiary plans to divest 1.5682% of FranklinWH Energy, targeting improved capital efficiency. These actions reflect a broader trend in the industry towards strategic asset optimization.
