This expansion is aimed at meeting the growing demand for AI data center solutions, particularly for hyperscale and colocation markets. The Juarez facility will enhance Boyd's capability to produce coolant distribution units and other cooling technologies, addressing the need for high-performance cooling solutions in AI data centers.

Boyd is expanding its liquid cooling system manufacturing facility in Juarez, Mexico, from 217,000 to approximately 460,000 square feet to meet increasing demand for AI data centers. This expansion supports the production of coolant distribution units (CDUs) and other cooling solutions for hyperscale and colocation data centers, enhancing Boyd's capacity to deliver systems for cooling needs of up to 5 megawatts and beyond. The Juarez facility's engineering and operational teams possess significant expertise in designing and testing these systems, aligning with market dynamics and customer requirements for reliability and performance in AI data center infrastructure.
