Bridgewater Planning Board Approves Subdivision for Route 22 Redevelopment
The Bridgewater Planning Board approved a subdivision for three single-family homes on Route 22. The future use of the site, which may include a data center, remains undecided. Residents raised concerns about flooding in the area.

The Bridgewater Planning Board approved a preliminary subdivision for three single-family residential lots on a Route 22 property. This decision follows confusion regarding a potential data center, as the only application was for the subdivision linked to extending Woodside Lane.
The property owner, 1200 Route 22 Land Investors LLC, must submit a site plan for further development, and no final use has been determined. The 2025 Greymark Office Tract Redevelopment Plan allows for a single principal use on the site, which may include a data center, age-restricted housing, or an indoor recreation facility. Community concerns about flooding were reiterated during the meeting.
