Brightstar Group has reached a £10bn lending milestone as it celebrates its 15th anniversary. The company operates a multi-brand strategy, including Brightstar Financial and Sirius Finance, and maintains a staff retention rate above 90%.

It recognizes 44% of its employees as partners after five years, with nearly a quarter being platinum partners with over a decade of service. Looking forward, Brightstar aims for a minimum annual growth of 20% from 2026 to 2028, targeting £20m in annual turnover by the end of 2028, driven by organic expansion in specialist finance and technology investments.
